Hello

I notice this for some time, not sure if others have the same problem

When trying to modify a password of an email account or a solidcp user, Firefox seems to hang and doesn't complete the process, I think it modifies the pwd but the page is stuck and doesn't reload the confirmation page.

I tested this on more than one computer Windows 10, firefox 80.0.1 64 bits and I find the same problem

My solution has been to use Microsoft edge when needing to edit any password.

Any ideas what can be the problem with it?

Thanks

AG

Hello,

I am not aware of any issue with Firefox and SolidCP.

Can we check which mail server are you using(some act differently in the panel than others)? We will try recreate this in a dev lab.

Regards,

Trevor

Hello

We are using mailenable standard, latest version, however the same issue occurs when trying to change account user password, not only on email address

Tried on 2 windows 10 machines, and got same error.... but I use another browser to do any of that so I didn't worry a lot about it.

When submit a new pwd, the page seems to freeze and doesn't load the completed operation, password is always modified apparently. I have to close firefox and start again when doing this.

Thanks

AG

Hello,

If i understand correctly you dont get the below screen:

This was taken on 81.0 as there was a update released yesterday but it did work before when i tried.

I have personally noticed some strange things with Firefox 80.0.1 where websites would cache but nothing like that in SolidCP.

Can you try update and let me know if it fixed the issue or is still outstanding?

Regards,

Trevor
