Hi all,

Creating a new hosting space sets a quota correctly however if i modify the plan it does not reset the quota on the hosting spaces assigned.

In the portal it shows the new size but does not adjust the quota.

Does anyone else have this?  Running 1.1.2.

Hello,

Can you provide a little more details as to what isn't working for you?

As if you change a hosting plan all hosting spaces will get the hosting plan "new" quotas automatically unless you have chosen to "overwrite" quota's on a hosting space.

You can verify this by going to that hosting space --> Space Statistics --> right side "Edit"

it will have a selection box: Use quotas defined on the Plan level and Override quotas on Space level

Make sure you use "Use quotas defined on the Plan level" (the default) then it wil follow the hosting plan quotas.

Regards,

Marco

Hi Marco,

So the space is set to use plan default which is 1000MB (1.png)

Change the associated plan to 2000MB and the space records the change (2.png)

Issue:  The quota applied in FSRM doesnt update to the new quota, it remains at 1000MB (3.png)

Hello,

I have taken a look and there appears to be a limitation of the plan changes.

If you go to the users space statistics -> edit quota and just click save it does appear to change the quota on FSRM.

Kind Regards,
