I need some help with my system, I’m happy ot pay for support, but I can;t submit a ticket because it insits I choose a category but the Support Category dropdown is empty so I can’t progress.
It’s a fresh install using an existing WebsitePanel database that has been updated with the update SQL Script you provide for WebsitePanel upgrades.
The site works to a degree however as soon as I try to update anything, add a domain, create a new website etc. I get an error that appears to be related to the Crypto key but I’m not sure if that is the real reason or not.
Can someone help? We’re web developers here so are relatively technically proficient but we’re not .NET developers so aren’t able to make much sense of what’s going on.
It seems there’s some issue with the ticket system submit page (it will be fixed shortly).

However if there’s an issue with the aspects of creating / modifying/ etc i assume the password value of your SolidCP Server web.config has changed and no longer matches the original websitepanel password key.
For direct (paid) support you can always mail to support (a t ) it will be picked up as a ticket and added to your account same way as submitting a ticket would.
