Hello
i have an idea , if like many system using external smtp for sending mails , if there is a testing for sent mail after set necessary filed , we will be sure about well working.
i set mail setting in smtp , a working user and SMTP server , but for example i add new user and domain, no mail received to user mail.
is there any way to see sending mail log , or i must do any step to start mail notification to users?

Hello,
Unfortunatly there's no smtp log for SolidCP.
However the 2 things to check:
- Double check smtp settings are correct (which i think you did)
- in Serveradmin home --> Mail Templates (bottom right) --> make sure the mail "From" name and email is filled according to your mail account settings.
