I am a completely new to SolidCP, my serveradmin account locked. I see some SolidCP installer solutions but did not get it exactly how to do.
It is very urgent if any body can help me to do it step by step i mean what to do after executing installer? shall be very thankful. Please an easy way.

It resolved with by selecting Enterprise server in my case

You need to run the SolidCP Installer on the machine running the Enterprise Server.
Once inside the installer select Enterprise Server then options. As you go through the wizard it will offer to reset password.

Please check you have the correct enterprise URL in C:SolidCPPortalApp_DataSiteSettings.config for the Enterprise server and it matchs the IIS bindings.
