With solidCP there's not one single way to view the version as SolidCP consists out of multiple modules.

Portal / enterprise versions are generally listed in the SolidCP Footer.

To verify you can also check the SolidCP Database Version table (it will show a complete history of all versions and upgrades).

For the SolidCP Server you can check in the SolidCP Portal --> configuration --> Servers --> Settings page (for each SolidCP Server) the version is listed on the right hand side.

You can also view the version by going to the /bin directory and checking out some DLL's. of any dll with solidcp. then check the properties --> details tab to show the dll version.
