For the c:hostingspaces folder it appears I have screwed up the permissions and now my sites no longer respond, even if "everyone" is given full access.
Could you help me in telling me what permissions need to be set where?

Nevermind, got it 🙂 Renamed your hostingspaces directory, and created a new space and it made the directory with the proper permissions and I was able to fix it from there. Love this platform.
