Hi,

I just install SolidCP. Could anyone please tell me what will be the 1st server configuration setup?

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

The initial configuration should have added the first server with some basic services on it.

since your getting "Error getting remote server information" most likely indicates that your bindings have not been set correct during setup.

I would open up IIS Management --> click the SolidCP Server --> on the right side check the bindings --> it should normally have one for 127.0.0.1:9003
which means in a web brower opening: http://127.0.0.1:9003 should display the SolidCP Server page.

You then go to the portal --> configuration --> servers --> yourservername Setting --> Connection settings at the top --> make sure it has the http://127.0.0.1:9003 set.

If it still doesn't work i would reset the Server password by going to start --> solidcp installer --> select the Server module --> settings --> at the end reset the password, then enter it in the portal connection settings.

Regards,

Marco

I uninstalled from the control panel for reinstall again. But I found 3 error when I tried to install again.

SolidCP Server Requirement (Windows account already exist: SCPServer)

SolidCP Enterprise Server Requirement and

SolidCP portal Requirement

Lots of thank you for your reply. Sorry, I made mistake already before your reply. 🙁

Problem solved. I removed from IIS then install again.
