Hello, I am receiving the error "Input string was not in a correct format" when I try to delete an organization user. I can create a user without issue, but when I try to delete I get the error. I was receiving this error on version 1.1.1 and still on 1.1.2. I do not see anything in the audit log either and I am not sure where to look from here. Anybody have any suggestions on this.
Thanks
Jason
hmm, thats a tricky error that i haven't seen too often.
can you look in the event log of the Hosted Organization server? (in the Windows Event Log --> Applications log, and the SolidCP log).
In some cases this is caused by to low permissions, so one thing to check is Enterprise Admins added to the application pool SolidCP Server user.
Also double check if you got Deleted Users enabled in the hosting plan, i would highly recommend to not enable this feature (it was poorly made in WebsitePanel and is scheduled to be removed from SolidCP shortly).

Marco
Hi Marco, thanks for the reply.
I checked the SolidCP log and it doesn't write anything to that log when SolidCP throws that error.
I did check IIS Application Pool and the SolidCP user is in the Enterprise Admins group.
Also, in my hosting plan under Hosted Organizations, I have the Deleted Users per organization set to 0 unless there is another way to disable it.
Thanks again for all your hard work!

hmm strange.
also nothing in the generic application event log on any of the involved servers?
Normally it spits out an error somewhere in event log.
can you verify that the OU it tries to delete still exists in AD ?
Hi Jason
might or might not be related but I also had that error, removing extra NIC's from my exchange box sorted 90% of my issues I also added extra permissions to SCPportal, SCPserver, SCPenterprise the permissions I added were
Exchange Trusted Subsystem
Organisation Management
Schema Admins
not sure if they are required but it sorted my issue I also added NETWORK SERVICE to my exchange installation folder I installed it on a drive other than C: so the permission for NETWORK SERVICE does not get applied to the installation folder if you install it on any other drive.
hope this helps
Kind Regards
Kevan
