install new certificate - Value cannot be null exception

hi,

i am trying to install new certificate.

generated csr, got the certificate from the provider.

pasted the certificate in the place and i get tis error in the log file:

Value cannot be null.
Parameter name: inArray
at System.Convert.ToBase64String(Byte[] inArray)
at SolidCP.EnterpriseServer.DataProvider.CompleteSSLRequest(Int32 actorId, Int32 packageId, Int32 id, String certificate, String distinguishedName, String serialNumber, Byte[] hash, DateTime validFrom, DateTime expiryDate)
at SolidCP.EnterpriseServer.WebServerController.InstallCertificate(SSLCertificate certificate, Int32 siteItemId)
 
any advice how to fix it?

Hello,

 

Please check on the server the SolidCP Log (Windows Event Log -> Applications -> SolidCP) for any errors.
