I've setup the standalone installer and gone through everything. I've got the SolidCP Server, SolidCP Enterprise and SolidCP Portal all installed. I've made the necessary IIS changes according to the guide at https://solidcp.com/kb/installation/install-solidcp-standalone-server-within-5-minutes/ but unfortunately when I go to any of the ports I get 'This page can't be displayed'. I've tried the hostname I setup, local IP and loop back IP but no chance on any.
Where do i begin to debug this?

Can you navigate to the IP you specified during setup (either IP of server or 127.0.0.1) and the ports specified locally:
http://<IP>:PortNumber (i.e. http://192.168.0.1:9001)
Check the bindings in IIS for this info.

It seems that there is an issue with server's configuration. Without server access, it is difficult to tell the root cause.
