Dear Team,

Every time while uploading/restoring database file (.bak) from the client portal, the below-attached error was seen. What is the reason for that issue and How can we resolve that?

Hello,
Please check in windows event log for more information as to what is happening.
Also Does it for example timeout (after 10+ seconds) or does it give this error instantly?
Regards,
Marco

Hello Marco,
We didn't find any log regarding that issue in an event log. This issue was observed during large size of database only (i.e not in the small size of the database) restoration with .bak file.

Hello,

In this case the folder: C:UsersSCPServerAppDataLocalTemp needs read/write/modify for the user: SCPServer if i remember correctly.

Regards,

Trevor
