Even though that Let's Encrypt is configured at the system level, can the use LE certificates be configured on a per web site basis?
How will SolidCP interact with a local ACMESharo PowerShell LE vault?

Hello,
Once we fully release LE there will be a option in the hosting plan for the user. Once this is enabled on the website SSL tab will be a option to install a LE certificate.
Currently we use a single vault for all websites on the server.
