i am using SolidCp 1.4.2 on windows 2019 , and Hyper-V 2019 on another server .
i did every steps in tutorials in Manual section of solidcp.com for template 2012RD and configure my server for Hyperv.
and then try to add a vps for a user under a reseller .
i add all step in 7 screenshots in below :
1- external network not allowed to tick , but i add IP in IP pool and unlimitetd for reseller and hosting plan

6- but new created VPS like below start to error and when click on ok , it start to reboot loopy

which mistake did i ?

The solidcp 1.4.2 does not support hyper v 2019. Please wait the next version.

When using SolidCP 1.4.2 we do recommend Server 2016.
However the reboot loop you have shown is due to sysprep not completing. Please check the value for "Index of the volume to expand:" and ensure its set to 0 or 1 as it shows on https://solidcp.com/kb/configuration/setup-hyperv-2012r2-server/
