Hi,
I have a reseller account with 5 sub-accounts. Now, they want to merge into one "normal" account only, not reseller anymore. Is there any way I can merge those five accounts into one? Or will I need to manually delete, re-install?

Hello,
I'm afraid there's no way to merge them properly.
Depending on the services you have on the users you can detach them as serveradmin instead of delete, and then use space statistics --> import resources (bottom right)
Do note detach / import resources won't work for Hosted Organization based services. (does work for DNS , Web, FTP, mail, etc)
