Is it possible to monitor (get accurate statistics) of how much bandwidth have a VPS used so far in SCP ? and possible to place limits either on bandwidth or port speed once certain consumption has been reached ?..

Hello,
At the current moment it is not possible to monitor or limit bandwidth used by a VPS.
There has been talks about creating a update to the provider but this doesn't have a date set on when work will start.

even through using awstatus plugin trevor wont help ??...

Hey,
AWStats can only analyze webserver logs.
Currently the measurement of bandwidth from a Hyper-V VM is not so easy. That's the point, why it's not implemented right now.
