That error is: ERROR_MAIL_ACCOUNT_PASSWORD_NOT_COMPLEXITY = -726

Can you check the password meets your Hosted Organization password policy.

I'm very sorry, may i know where i can get all the error code, so i dont have to keep asking , now i found another error code:
