Hello,

Can you confirm the path we have set before does contain the mysqldump.exe file?

If not you will need to locate this and set that to the MySQL path.

Regards,

Trevor

Hello,

Its difficult for us to be able to debug this issue as we cannot recreate it and nobody else appears to have this issue.

It might be easier if we are able to connect to your environment using our premium support. You can find the support plans at https://solidcp.com/services/server-support/ and using the contact form above to create a premium support ticket.

Kind Regards,

Trevor Robinson
