Hello,

Can you confirm it is on the same server as your database? You can also access the eventlog going through SolidCP -> Configuration -> Servers -> Select server -> Event viewer (right hand side) -> Select SolidCP from dropdown.

Regards,

Trevor

SolidCP is installed on a server, the websites and the MySQL and SQL databases are on another server (the space measurement of the websites is correct), in none of them there is a single error record in SOLIDCP.

Hello.
We still don't know what is happening, there are no failures or error reports of any kind.
I have tested the installation directory as path and also the data folder, the 2 work, they create and manage BBDD.
I have thought of 2 remote possibilities.
1 MySQL 5.7 is 64 Bits and that somehow it has problems in the space count.
2 that MySQL Connector / Net being installed previously has some problem and must perform a new installation.
Although the creation of databases and users works as it should.
I can't think of anything else.....
