HR contacted me wanting to add this feature. was wondering is it possible to do it. to create some kind of auto generated emails that uses the display name of a new email created in the body.

Can you not use the Exchange Mailbox Setup Letter for this?

can I do that from admin center, I dont have access to a global admin. I have a hosted service from an ISP, they only gave me access to create mailboxes and users.

Hello,
If you have a reseller account you can do this from clicking Mail Templates (Bottom Right) once you login and go to your Account Home.
