Hi Marco,

We have an offsite server especially designed for backups. When we try to schedule any backup from portal somehow it is not working. Nothing is backed up. Following are the approaches we are using. Please let us know if we are missing anything:

"Scheduled Tasks>>Add New Task>>Task type>>Backup"
"Scheduled Tasks>>Add New Task>>Task type>>Backup Database"
"Scheduled Tasks>>Add New Task>>Task type>>Send Files via FTP"
