Hi guys,

Is there a way to add information into solidcp pages, ie I would like to add 2 lines of text into the user account edit/create page where i can setup or show the user the server settings to use, ie  SMTP SERVER  mail.xxx.xx.xx  (pop 110 - Imap 143 - SMTP 587)or similar where the xxx.xxx.xxx is possibly auto inserted, ie the domain.

Im sure there should be a way to insert directions into pages like this, also this would be usefull for indicating, db server names that users should use, ftp server names, etc.

Hello,

In general it would currently not be recommended to add such text (as it would be a manual modification you would need to re-do on every update).

You can add information to the Setup Instructions page (for exchange mailboxes) via the Serveradmin home --> mail templates
and ofcourse if you sell web packages you can modify the auto created index page with some more information via the SolidCP Policies.

Unfortunately thats about it at this time as to adding information that won't be reset.

Regards,

Marco
