Problem with Calculate Disk Space/bandwith
Can you check if the SolidCP Scheduler is still started in services mmc on the enterprise server?
(if not double check that the enterprisebinscheduler config has the same cipher key and connection string as Enterprise web.config
We have many web servers on SolidCP, all the web servers are ok, but just one server has the calculate issue.
- when use Calculate option in file manager, nothing happens.
- the schedule task didn't help to calculate the Disk space or Band Width.
- The Disk space and Band width reports shows : "The report is empty.
I think if we could fix the Calculate option in file manager, the whole problem will be solved. the web server is Windows 2016
Please tell us how can we fix this problem.
this is the log :
ERROR: Error on GetServiceItemsDiskSpace() in 'Internet Information Services 10.0' provider System.IO.FileLoadException: Could not load file or assembly 'SolidCP.Providers.Base, 81' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)
From the error log, it seems that if you have different SolidCP server version on that server. Please ensure that you have same SolidCP version across all servers.
