I've just followed the installation instructions on the site on a server that has Windows Server 2016 with SQL Server 2016 installed (all available updates installed for both).  Next, I installed WebDeploy 3.6 and ran the Powershell command as shown in the instructions.  Finally, I downloaded the installer and unblocked it from File Properties and ran it as Administrator.  I'm able to accept terms and start the installer.  It goes quickly, but says it succeed and then prompts me to close it.  Nothing else happens.  I expected to step through an actual installation wizard as the manual suggests.  I don't get the opportunity to choose from the components or anything.  What could be happening?
