Recently upgraded by Smartermail and accordingly added SM100 service in scp (old SM service still exists)

When i try to create email id in scp, i dont get any error but at the same time new id is not reflecting in SCP or SM

If earlier SM service in SCP to be removed then how ? i tried deleting the service but getting error
Service could not be deleted because it contains service items (web sites, FTP accounts, databases, etc.). Delete related hosting spaces or separate service items and then delete service.

Kindly advice and thanks
