I am trying to add one CNAME record as below for www but its just not getting added in SCP and on submit page just gets refreshed
record - www
value - us18-0656719f-e9d6a63845bb90786bf5152e3.pages.mailchi.mp
If anyone has come across such situation and can support.

Which DNS provider (and version if applicable) are you using?
If you use the older MS DNS module it uses wmi which has some issues with longer values (recommended would be to switch to the 2012+ module which has no issues with it).

faced this same issue again, using Win20160-MSDNS and SCP 1.4.2
creating sub-domain
creating CNAME record with value "rbcs-e-learning-academy.teachable.com"
but above is not getting added.
Are you using the SolidCP MS DNS 2012+ module or the original MS DNS module?
The powershell module in solidcp shouldn't have any issue with this.

I am using the SCP MS DNS 2012+ module and trying to add the record through the user login in the control panel as normal process.
