I have an urgent query re reseller accounts and thier sub accounts. I have hosting plans assigned to resellers which limit certain resources, ie diskspace and domains and webs etc. I have however started picking up thsat the resellers although limited to 20 domains and webs, are going over their allowed limits, ie if they create 25 users and assign a 1 domain per user they can create 25 domains, and once the 20 limnit is treached it is supposed to prevent them creating more domains and effectively the clients should not be able to add anymore domains, BUT THEY CAN it seems as if the upstream limits is not being taken into consideration and allowing soft limits on all resellers resources. I understand the bandwidth and disk space is soft limited, but I thought the other resources, ie domains webs etc were hard limited..
