This is a known bug. The work around at the moment is to give the SQLServer user full rights to:

C:UsersSCPServerAppDataLocalTemp

Replace SCPServer for the user running SolidCP Server.

Hi Trevor,

I did what you suggested. I see the bak (and .zip) file being created in this directory. Still getting the same error. The bak or zip file remains in the directory.
