I'm trying to get the scheduler to run a task under a user's account. I've added it and I can press run - it seems to think it has run, but it doesn't seem to launch on the server. I have checked that the SolidCP scheduling service is running. Are there some logs or something that I can try to use to diagnose why it isn't working?

The only reason why it's not executing is generally the scheduler.
Can you verify the scheduler has the correct path? (inside the enterprisebin directory) and that the scheduler config file has the same connection details AND cipher key as the enterprise web.config?

and in serveradmin home --> Account menu --> Audit log do you see any error or informational message that it has ran the task?
ah - yes - there is an entry showing "Server with name 'MyServerName' was not found." However, whatever name I try for the server name this seems to happen. I have tried the Windows computer name and the name that it is listed as under SolidCP to no avail?
