Alright, well from the logs attached i can only see what they say.

Basically it falls over the account creation.

You can make a local user while the server is in AD without any issues as far as i am aware, just don't check the domain box and it should continue locally.

(i can't say i have tried it like that recently thoug, so might be something to double check and test).
