Hello,
I am unable to see a bug for this when it was originally mentioned. I will log bugs for these issues but need to further understand a few things:
- Am i correct that when this is disabled in the SmarterMail provider it is still visible when creating a new user?
- Is there a particular reason you would want to disable the enable ticket box?
Kind Regards,
Trevor Robinson
1) SolidCP > Servers > Mail Server (Settings) > Mail, I have unchecked “Enable Domain Administrators”.
The "Domain Administrator" option is visible when an user wants create an email account. I want disable or hide this option for new email accounts.
With option activated, the user can create many email accounts from SmarterMail, if his plan includes 5 email accounts.
2) SolidCP > Email > Accounts > “Create Mail Account”, how I can to disable the checkbox “Account enabled” for user level?
Maybe a serveradmin or reseller take the decision of disable an email account for spam o security. Then the user can reactivate this email account.
Hi,
- I have logged a bug for this found at https://git.key4ce.com/SolidCP/v2/issues/77
- I have logged a suggestion for number 2. I can see the point that for spam or security purposes that a admin/re-seller should be able to disallow a user from undoing this. This has been logged at https://git.key4ce.com/SolidCP/v2/issues/78 but i personally am not 100% what is the best action.
Kind Regards,
