When trying to create scheduled task Enterprise Solution Report. Is this a bug? I’m able to schedule other reports. v1.0.3.
Sorry - thought I included screenshot of error;
SolidCP ERROR
if you receive this error and the server is not maintained by you please contact your hosting company immidiately.
Tips for the server administrators:
Enterprise Server issue:
The most common cause is a enterprise server issue.
Please load up your SolidCP Enterprise server through RDP.
Inside the browser load up the Enterprise local url
It should provide an error that gets you further.
A common error would be Error 503, This simply means the Enterprise Server application pool is not running.
Database issue:
If you load up enterprise server site and everything appears to be running (no error).
The most likely cause is an conflicting piece of data in the database it self.
Load up the Event log on the Enterprise Server --> Go to Applications and Services logs --> Click SolidCP.
Check for any recent errors.
Checked the Enterprise server ( single server install) and the webpage opens up without issue - there doesn't appear to be a SolidCP eventlog
Any Ideas?
This is indeed a bug.
i will add it to the bug list and hopefully have a solution for you shortly.
Hi
I have just upgrade to 1.1.2 (downloaded the manual update files today (06/12/2016 - 08:45).
I have this aswell. Has this been fixed or is it still an outstanding bug ? Just trying to work out if it is a problem with my setup or something known.
Thanks

Hello,
I have taken a look and confirmed that it is still a bug in 1.1.2. I have logged a bug report at https://git.key4ce.com/SolidCP/v1.0/issues/130
I will see if we can try get this one fixed shortly.
Kind Regards,
