[Solved] Suddenly cannot create exchange objects anymore

Hello,

Solidcp is working since years, i'm running last version in a 2019/2016 exchange environment.

 

Today i can't create exchange objects (contacts, mailbox) but i can create users,

 

i got this error on solidcp,

got this error on exchange cas,

nothing changed on solicp or on exchange servers,

Hello,

Normally on such error i would double check if the Primary hierarchy is still present in Exchange (it has no deletion protection and is basically set primary to the very first public folder created).

Hello Marco,

i wanted to update this thread this afternoon but you were faster than me 🙂

btw i solved my problem. You're right i had a problem with the primary hierrachy and had to recreate it manually.

For details i removed a few days beforce a customers in the panel and obvisouly (for no reason) primary hierarchy was stored in his PF Mailbox....
