The zips are updated for bugs only, (including manual updates).

when the bugs are important enough (or like now quite a few bug fixes available since first release) we release a subversion release (next up is v1.1.2)

The reason why we don't push subversions for every fix is because it means people who don't have the bug, or simply need to copy over a fix in portal do not require to update all servers at this point.

This will get more easy after the new update and alert features have been added in v1.1.2, and the MVC Framework plan will avoid this problem all together.

In the mean time the bug fixes might be released under a same version (to avoid full environment updates) and subversion releases that contain multiple bug fixes at once will be released aswell.
