Hello,
Is this your First FTP account on your entire server? as the first one does not auto create with create space, you will need to create space without create FTP account checked and then create your first FTP account.
Once you got one FTP account on the server any other new space can create FTP Accounts automatically during space creation.

Same Error Message. now i thought i put this in here but we are using filezilla server. is there something special we need to do?
