I have the same problem
I check all the config file in : C:SolidCPEnterprise ServerWeb.config and C:SolidCPEnterprise ServerbinSolidCP.SchedulerService.exe.config
all they have the same Crypto key and connection string
SolidCP Scheduler service is running fine.
There is no event log in windows EventViewer.
Help me to find this problem.

There should be an event in the Audit log. It may show as a warning.
Can you also check the event viewer on the SolidCP Server also?

I check the event viewer on the SolidCP, the error is Web Deploy is not install on windows. I just install webdeploy and it working fine.

When i start the service it stops again.

If it starts and stops again it's usually due to the Scheduler config in enterprisebin not being correct.
(Database connection string or cipher key).
Please double check the config and compare it with Enterprise web.config.
