As I said in my first post the MySQL server is not installed on the same server as SolidCP.
I am using MySQL 5.6
In the old website panel you could install the driver for MySQL and then enter the hostname for the database server. (See previous Post)

Hello,
That the mysql isn't installed on the same server as SolidCP Portal/Enterprise isn't a problem, however the SolidCP Server is required to be installed on the mysql server.
Other then that from your screenshot i see your provider is mysql 5.1 while your using 5.6, you will need to select the mysql 5.6 provider for it to detect mysql 5.6
