Hello,

You can detach vm, then reattach it at the other customer

Hi Marco, how can I reattach to another customer?

I only see the import button but it won't recognize the External Network. Means, I can't change IP from the panel

I did a test like this:

I created a VM with 'test' account, assign external IP 1.1.1.1 (example) to the hosting space IPs, then created a VM under that hosting space with that IP.

When solidcp finished the creation (sysprep-ed, IP configured, ...) I detached the server from account 'test' and try to import it back.

It result with an empty VLAN IP like the image:

So there is no IP to choose (the IP 1.1.1.1 still on that hosting space and haven't gotten removed) and I can't enable the External Network.

P/s: Not really relevant to this topic but is it needed to have an Private Network? (for guacamole features, ...?) and what does Management Network does?
