Setup is a 8 node Exch 2016 DAG with SolidCP 1.4.1 installed on one of them.

On a large company (around 500 users) adding a user in a group is painfully slowly, may take several minutes and a lot of times will time out.

CPU usage is like 40-50% in general but the Please wait updating spinning icon will keep it there for may 3 minutes or more before adding the user to the group.

Where would slow down might be? any ideas where to search for it?

PS went to logging table on SQL server and deleted all records, there were around 500k records

Hello,

For larger setups it for the most part really depends on the speed of AD's and the amount of users in combination.

SolidCP is basically executing a query against all to verify the permissions / segregation within the organization.

(It's not ideal, but so far we haven't found a better method to keep segregation intact).

Regards,

Marco
