My customer cannot view or edit DNS. I will try to post more details. Forum keeps saying "Forbidden"

The problem seems to be specific to one customer. The DNS feature works when I log in as another user or administrator.

Eventually I figured out, the customer's account was suspended, although I don't remember why.

When customer tried to edit the DNS, they saw a very technical error message, "NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object" etc.

I suggest, please implement more user-friendly behavior for suspended accounts, maybe a simple message such as "Account Suspended - Please Contact Host"

The issue appears to be specific to one customer who is unable to view or edit DNS settings. However, when you log in as another user or administrator, the DNS feature works fine. This can help.

The issue appears to be specific to the customer's account or permissions. As an administrator or when logged in as another user, the DNS feature works fine. The "Forbidden" error suggests that the customer's account may not have the necessary privileges to view or edit DNS settings. You may need to review the customer's account settings, permissions, or contact the forum support team for further assistance in resolving the issue
