indicates that you did not fill in a fqdn powershell url ( https://exchange1.mydomain.local/Powershell ) or you did not enable integrated auth on the ECP --> Servers --> Virtual Directories --> Powershell

Make sure you do an iisreset once you made such changes as the login will be cached after access denied pops up.
