Sorry for the delay (silence) on the matter.
I hope to have a permanent fix ready within the next 48 hours.
My apologies for any inconvenience this has caused..
@Marco
Thank you very much! The fix will help us a lot!
I tried reproducing it the following way:
- Created new hosting space
- added domain1.com and domain2.com to domains + dns
- created mail account with user1@domain1.com
- created alias user2@domain2.com --> to user1@domain1.com
- created mail account with user3@domain2.com
All of this was within the same hosting space.
Is there anything you guys do in addition or different to get the issue mentioned above?
Hello Marco,
I have several existing Hosting Plans with existing Domains and Users. All are affected. I am not able to add new E-Mail-Accounts.
For example:
Existing Hosting Plan A with domain1.com. Existing E-Mail-Account mail1@domain1.com. I am not able to add a new E-Mail-Account.
E-Mail-Aliasses are working.
This Problem exists until the update from 1.2.1 to 1.3.
Windows Server 2012 R2 in German.
Enterprise Server, Portal Server, E-Mail-Server hMailServer 5.6.6-B2383 are all on different machines.
If I or a customer wants to add an new E-Mail-Account this mesaage appears:
“Service item could not be created/updated.
You can not create or update service item because the required resource is not available in the current hosting space.”
In the Hosting Space the resource hMailServer is added.
Ok.
let me see what else i can try to reproduce the issue.
If i can't reproduce anything still i will need to look through the change logs which might take a bit longer.
