Hi - I'm trying to log a ticket in the portal for paid support, but I cannot click "My Account" -> "My tickets".
Could someone from Support email me please, so I can give you the details of my ticket? My colleague already has a balance on his account that we wish to use.

Hello,
It appears that the ticket section is currently forcing logout due to a patch.
We expect it to work again later today.
In the mean time you can use support (at) solidcp dot com
