Hi SolidCP,
I plan to upgrade from my current installed solidCP 1.1.2 to 1.4.1 and main point i need to upgrade because of Lets Encrypt feature, before that i have a question:
1- Should i follow this instruction for upgrading ? https://solidcp.com/kb/update/manual-update/
2- Theres any problem if i upgrade directly from 1.1.2 to 1.4.1 ?
3- I just upgrade my WHMCS from ver 5.x to ver 7.6 and my SolidCP modules for WHMCS is still ver 1.0.1, so far i didnt have any problem, should i upgrade the SolidCP WHMCS module to latest version?
4- What i understand Lets Encrypt SSL certificate will expired every 3 month and have to renew it, SolidCP will auto renew or have to do that manually?
Please help me to answer. Thank you so much
Hello,
Actually i would use the auto update script: http://installer.solidcp.com/Files/stable/Tools/SolidCP-Auto-Upgrade-Tool-1.6.zip
You need to run it from the SolidCP Enterprise server.
2. Thats no problem
3. I would update to our latest whmcs module yes, as the original i don't think was 100% compatible with whmcs 7.x (the current one is).
4. Actually the LE win-simple client SolidCP uses (it's build in) does the renewal, but to keep it simple: Yes it will be automatically renewed 🙂
Regards,
Marco
Dear Marco,
Only this statement make me so blur
'You need to run it from the SolidCP Enterprise server.'
For your information i run those three 'Enterprise Server' / Portal / Server on single server, do u have any documentation to SolidCP-Auto-Upgrade-Tool-1.6.zip ?
Thank you so much

How to fix that ? Thank you
It sounds like the scheduler config is no longer present or filled with correct information.
An example can be found in: http://installer.solidcp.com/Files/stable/SolidCP-EnterpriseServer.zip
in the bin folder.
The contents of that config file should have the same connection string and the same cipher key as in the enterprise web.config
