Ealier i di upgrade my server from 1.1.2 to 1.4.1, o how can i enable Lets Encrypt? Should i install anything else ? Which part on SolidCP panel i have to enable the options of SSL? I surf around on panel and click on any Domain name Website but the SSL tab is doesnt appear, please guide.

If your server is IIS 8 or higher --> go to the IIS Service settings and make sure the SNI option is enabled in the SSL section.
If your IIS is 7.5 or lower SNI is not supported and it will require a Dedicated IP assigned before you can apply an SSL Certificate.
