I had check all that had been suggested, and it is ok, but I´m lock on this for over 30 minutes, same screen "preparing".
Any suggestions?

It is lock there for almost 12 hours. Any suggestions?

There's little more that we can suggest to get it to work.
You could install the PHP / Perl etc directly through the web deploy instead (it will still do the same thing as trying to do it through SolidCP, it is also not related to Joomla/ Wordpress and other web app gallery applications)

I had given up and tried to instal via Web Platform and got an error. ODBC drive 13 need to PHP 7 drive is missing from Microsoft web site as listed in Web platform installer. I downloaded it by hand and installed. After that i installed PHP by hand and it is working.
