Hi,

I'm new here. Since a long time i've been using WebsitePanel 2.1 on Exchange 2013. It worked flawlessly but somehow a few days ago it stopped being able to add new customers/change mailbox sizes/create new spaces.

When changing the mailbox size of a certain user (i have enough max allowed space for this user) it gives the following error: "Specified storage quotas exceed maximum values assigned at the host level".

When adding a new customer and creating a hosting space for this customer i get the following error:
Stack Trace: System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server was unable to process request. ---> System.Exception: Error executing 'CREATE_ORG' task on 'aegaergaer.local' ORGANIZATION ---> System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server was unable to process request. ---> The server is unwilling to process the request. at System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapHttpClientProtocol.ReadResponse(SoapClientMessage message, WebResponse response, Stream responseStream, Boolean asyncCall) at System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapHttpClientProtocol.Invoke(String methodName, Object[] parameters) at WebsitePanel.Providers.HostedSolution.Organizations.CreateOrganization(String organizationId) at WebsitePanel.EnterpriseServer.OrganizationController.CreateOrganization(Int32 packageId, String organizationId, String organizationName, String domainName) --- End of inner exception stack trace --- at WebsitePanel.EnterpriseServer.OrganizationController.CreateOrganization(Int32 packageId, String organizationId, String organizationName, String domainName) --- End of inner exception stack trace --- at System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapHttpClientProtocol.ReadResponse(SoapClientMessage message, WebResponse response, Stream responseStream, Boolean asyncCall) at System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapHttpClientProtocol.Invoke(String methodName, Object[] parameters) at WebsitePanel.EnterpriseServer.HostedSolution.esOrganizations.CreateOrganization(Int32 packageId, String organizationID, String organizationName, String domainName) at WebsitePanel.Portal.UserCreateSpace.CreateHostingSpace()

I'm running under the serveradmin account, so not working with reseller accounts. What may be wrong...?

Hello,

First of all.. i would move away from website panel since it's last update was in 2016.

As far as the error goes: it's a bit of a generic error but it indicates SolidCP has issues connecting to the preferred domain controller (set in Hosted organization settings).

Regards,
