Thanks for answers, I try to increase both, but problem steel exists, And I don`t think that`s been the problem cuz It gives error much faster than 30 seconds.

And I don`t have any restricted policy on my servers for now, I even turn off firewalls for test.

I have to use PHP56 for some modules, Is It ok with your module?

And what about my second question about Setup Instruction Section?

Thanks for the hint above if u were not able to access the link mentioned by our admin and gives u an error code: 400 then u need just to do the following as mentioned in this page:

http://stackoverflow.com/questions/4831097/bad-request-invalid-hostname-iis7

This solved it for me and whmcs ia able to successfully establish connection to the server!...
