in WHMCS whenever the client click the One Button Login it gives credential error not sure why !?!

In general i only seen this issue when the password has been reset/changed outside of WHMCS (inside SCP) WHMCS then simply has the wrong password stored.
Another reason i only came cross once or twice was cache, opening it in private browser mode solved the issue there.
