I will need to take a look in the code tomorrow to see under which circumstance i can reproduce your issue and report back to you then.

As in my gui i can add whatever i want aslong as it's not an existing pointer (that includes empty field with just the domain.com selected).

I will keep you posted and update my findings tomorrow.

I dont know if its matter but i copied only the portal files 2 days ago so i could get your fix about MC and that works great!

hmm, doesn't matter in this case.

As i tested on both my dev (which runs latest alpha daily code) and live (which runs official releases only) with success.

So i think it might be configurations or environmental, but codes should be able to tell me more as to what validation it applies to it, so i should have an answer tomorrow (most likely with a minor dev fix so it doesn't happen for you neither :))

I have checked out the code and made some minor changes to it.

If you can test if it works for you guys now that would be great.

you need to download and update your portal files with:  http://installer.solidcp.com/Files/stable/SolidCP-Portal-Update.zip

you will not need to update any other component like solidcp server and enterprise.(assuming you have solidcp v1.1.2 installed) so just the portal update.

No its the same behavior.

Another thing is that if i am trying to add 2 subdomains down it dosent work either so example is. (So i want to have a pointer mydev.test.testdomain.com)

Web Site Pointer: mydev.test

testdomain.com

In red: Enter valid hostname
